This was a particularly tiring week. I worked over 70 hours, including one day where I worked about 16 hours straight. The work was a little more physically demanding, but, not what would be considered exercise just yet. Still, I was able to pay attention to what I was eating and lost 1.3 pounds last week, bringing my current weight to 243.3 lbs. This is a short post, because I am heading of to a commitment this morning.
